6/21/2009 Wii Fit Week 3

Well, here it is - the weekly installment of my Wii experience! I'm about to go use it as a matter of fact. But before I do, here we go:
Honestly, the only thing I've done w/ the Wii Fit software this week has been my daily body test. Oh, and it's no joke - it really does help to do it at about the same time of day. I've done a little yoga and balance, but most of my energy this week was spent with Wii EA Sports Active. I need to do some Wii Fit Strength training......
I've been staying mostly on the "medium" intensity workouts. This week I started out very exhausted, so I did try an "easy" workout. Hopefully I won't have to do an easy one again - it really didn't push me, but like I said, I was DRAINED. Toward the end of the week, I was feeling good and needing to make up some calories, so I tried the "hard" intensity. OMG. Well, it delivered. I guess I'm getting used to the lunges because those weren't so bad and neither were the arm exercises (...NEED to pick up a more resistant bad, tho), but the track exercises just about killed me!! I had to do fast kickbacks for what felt like an eternity.
All in all, still Thumbs Up to the Wii Fit/Sports Active!!
