ow, Ow, OW!!!!

Ok, so I am guilty! I went to my daughter's running meet in the park on Thurs. and walked alot. Then yesterday I went with my son to the doctor's office and we were there 3 HOURS! My foot was killing my by the time I got home but to top it off, my 9yo was running through the house (extreme ADD girl) and crashed right into my foot while I had it propped on the recliner. I had hoped to ice it and avoid taking a pain pill but by midnight I had to give up and take one.

It's much better today but the heat, humidity, and healing stitches are causing the incision to itch and drive me nuts. Can't wait to get them out on Wed. Then it's another week to get out the pins. I have to wait a week after that and then I can get back into the pool! Won't be able to exercise on it for a full 12 weeks but I can do alot in the pool like strength training and swimming using just arm strokes.
