I'm down for the count

My first week out and I'm hurt.My knees are giving me hell because I was overworked on Thurs.Dh says this is the time to climb back on the horse.UH I don't think so.My knees pop with every move and standing up and sitting down are excruciating.Climbing the stairs to go to bed and coming down is hell.The ligaments feel like When I fell down the mountain 13years ago.I was pushed over and past my limit and that is the sign of a BAD TRAINER.If I cant go work out the next day and get my cardio in how the hell am I supposed to keep up the good work?Somebody is getting fired as my trainer.I can't work with someone who hurts me.I'm hoping that by Monday with icing things down and a few rounds in my moms pool I can get back on track.

    I hope your knees get to feeling better. I can't believe your trainer worked you so hard. I would find someone else or do my own thing.

    emoticon Treva! You got it! Get rid of the trainer and find your own best physical activities that don't cause that pain! We're supposed to get healthy and happy at "Stressed Out Moms" -- not painful and sore! You know your body -- you do what works for YOU! And, I hope you feel less sore super soon -- who wants to deal with soreness and pain -- you definitely shouldn't have to -- you're too great of a person and friend to have to go through that!
