Help! I'm Eating & I Can't Stop!

Well another good days start down the drain. Sigh' Same thing every morning, start off with the right frame of mind, grab my measured and weighed foods that I pack the night before.. Get to work have my breakfast. Lunch rolls around have lunch. sometimes in between B n L I have a yogurt or fruit, some nuts, all measured and counted too! THEN... I get home and start off okay, THEN... I have a lil something else, "oh, I'll count that too!" THEN.. Dinner, "oh lets see, I've already had this amount of kcals and fat, hmm a little over won't hurt." THEN... I grab small serving of seconds... THEN... I crave sweets.... Every other week I do this.. Sigh' Maybe tomorrow I'll call 911.. LOL

    When I get to the point where I just can't seem to get full or just need to eat I make a big plate of sautéed veggies, all different kinds, add a little lemon juice and maybe a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and sit down and eat. I get full and eat only healthy veggies. It really helps me feel satisfied and stay on track. You can do this!

    THIS IS 9-1-1 what is the emergency?? SWEETS? FRUIT??? ANYTHING YOU CAN PUT YOUR HAND ON?? Cut up some fresh veggies and put them where you will find them FIRST.. Maybe you are having too much stuff with SUGAR. Cut out the sugar, and anything WHITE..

    Take a glass of water and another one for safety sake...
    Call again if the symptoms continue.

    I agree with krazy, we all deserve to get what were working so hard for. Shake it off and try as hard as you can to stay focused. I love the fact that you're measuring your foods though, I need to do that. LOL.

    Try more soup! - keeps your stomach fuller longer & stops you feeling hungry for the same amount of cals.....

    We have all been there. My favorite two thoughts to curb that are:
    1 - I will have to run 30 minutes extra TODAY if I eat that. (Notice it's not tomorrow - that's too easy. If I'm at a party I know that when I get home I will have to put on workout clothes and burn those calories off.)

    2 - I WANT and DESERVE to be fit, thin and healthy more than I want that!

    Hang in there Rhaevyn! Remember, it is not a restrictive diet, it is a diet that allows you to eat a lot of really good, whole, healthy, nutrient-packed foods!
