Climbing the scale ladder in your fitness quest is not a sign of improvement. The scale went up this morning. I gained 4 lbs. I know how I did it. Eating horribly all week, and then having no gym time available. Too many family obligations this week pushed my gym time out. But tomorrow is another day and a new beginning.
I WILL NOT EVER PUT A HIGHER WEIGHT ON THE WEIGH IN TRACKER AGAIN. NOPE. DONE. NOT GOING TO DO IT AGAIN!!!
