This time...

...I will stay focused.
...I will plan my meals.
...I will plan my workouts.
...I will take my supplements.
...I will drink 2 liters of water daily.
...I will eat at least 5 fruits and veggies daily.
...I will get at least seven hours of sleep nightly.
...I will take my time and set small goals along the way.
...will be the time that I reach ONEderland because I'm worth it!

Life is short and unpredictable. The time is now, so this time...I WILL succeed!
