I just feel sore.And I wish I could just skip over this hard part.This bad feeling is only temporary.I do my best to give100% at every workout.I should feel great about this whole thing.Not today.I know it was a great day. I was successful and I feel like I did a good job.Still I hurt and it makes me feel like begging it to stop.Two weeks I give this.I'm going to write about how I hate my trainer because the jack ass stepped it up another notch.I will have a love hate relationship with them.Love them because they push me and hate them because they push me.LOL It will get better.I just have to get some good sleep and lots of good stuff in.I'm thinking this is a combo effect.
1.I'm eating better
2. I'm dumping toxins
3.Things are going to suck for a little while.
4.I'm dedicated to this.So sucking won't matter it's only temporary.
