Goals and a dress

Well I have a wedding to go to in October so I wrote the date down and the weight I would like to weigh by then. Then I wrote down every weekend between now and then and put down that weeks goal weight. Two pounds a week and I'll be there if I start now. So I have a goal weight and a place to write actual weight. I'll be able to see at a glance if I'm on track. And I have to be. I ordered a new dress for this wedding. It's beautiful and rather expensive, so I have to fit into it! The review said it ran a size small however, so even though I ordered my
"now" size, it'll be one smaller. I so want to wear this dress and for once feel
pretty leaving the house. I can do this. I'm a spark person!!

    Keep faithful in nutrition - but do the exercises also. Even if there is not a total weight loss, the exercise will tone areas we need to tone. Good luck!!

    A goal is a great first step. I love to set reasonable goals and then reward myself when I reach them. Perhaps you should give yourself some jewelry to go with the dress when you reach your first step - some new shoes for another...I'm sure you can think of lots of things that will help you push forward and be motivated to fit into that dress and to feel amazing for the wedding. I know you can do it!
