I was really thinking this week would be easy. I have been run/walking 2 miles for 3 weeks now.

I haven't been timing my run/walks. I have been basing my intervals on the dividers in the street about 1/20 of a mile. emoticon

My w1d1 was exhausting! I didn't think Taz (my shih tzu) and I were going to make it, but we pressed on.

I made it through. Still got my 2 miles in, so my pace didn't change any, just seemed like a lot more work.

Today is rest day as far as training, but will still try to get my 2 miles in.

    The first week of C25K was the hardest for me...I think just because it was new to my muscles. Hang in there!
