Ok, so i have been reading other members blogs & posts and kept reading about c25k and didn't have a clue as to what it meant.
After a little "Google"ing I came across the couch to 5 k program (C25K).
My goal is to run a 1/2 marathon this year, but I can't jog an entire mile yet.
So I am beginning the C25K program.
I downloaded the interval training podcasts and I even found a way to load my own music and put the signal on it for the intervals on my iPod.
I am ready for this new journey!
