Or is it really truly hard to meet dietary goals every day? I fall short on the fibre despite eating wholewheat everything, and fruits, and veg... and I only just make the protein.
Tonight I did actually calculate that I could meet my fibre target by eating an apple for desert as well as some yummy hazelnut tea loaf, but i felt nauseated at the thought of eating that much... I did eat the tea loaf slice though...come on, the girl has to have a treat.
Speaking of treats, prawn kebabs might just be my new favourite food, mini calories, maximum satieting effect...
