WOW! I have heard this before but man I can live to tell it now! I started a new dvd this week...And it's a lot more intense than what I am used to. So on Thursday I was headed back into therapy ready to get in the water when the PT asked "What is your pain level today", which she always asks. Well, I responded with a 7 because I ached so much! Didn't have the pep I usually have going in...I usually walk down the stairs not use the help seat to get in especially since I am tall...But that day I needed help..At the end of the session you get 10 mins in the soothing water with the jets massaging you...Boy, did I feel so SO MUCH better when I left...I am taking a break today because I am beginning to feel better but I don't want to over due or even un-do what she has done for me so far...Fibro has no cure...so I know I have to endure it...And over use injuries are killer! Going into my third week next week!
I believe it's the water that helped me finally get to 25lbs lost....I lost the first about 16 without SP and the rest on here
