I did not lose any lbs this week, and usually I would be disappointed but I’m going to guess that I toned my muscles. I am going to try harder to reach my next marker of 182 by next Sunday 8/23/09. I will record all my food intake, try to plan meals ahead of time, drink 8 glasses of water a day and try to work out 5 days next week. I don’t want to keep using this muscle excuse. I’ll also take my measurements again next week.
