One Pound Closer To My Goal

Burnt double the calories for the week than expected or aimed at. Calories, carbs, fats, and protein were all maintained. Seeing some muscle definition, not much. Looking forward to seeing a lot more. Lost 4 lb which is more than I was aiming at. Would like to see that stay at a safe slow pace of 2 lb per week. I have a whole wardrobe of clothes I'm waiting to get into. Can't wait till I can wear my "skinny clothes". Even though I know I am a long way from it.
As far as being organized....... I've cleaned out one closet, straightened up my home office, and have all the laundry out of the way. I am still working on my magazine rack. I put another coat on it. One more coat and then I can add my stencils.
