I read an article by Coach Nicole earlier this week about the new exercise piece of equipment presented by The Firm. I was impressed by her article so I went to the website and ordered it. I love new things to exercise with!

This is an excellent invention. You HAVE TO use your core muscles to maintain balance and then when you start moving on it....WOW is all I can say. I did the 10 minute tutorial and the 10 minute ab workout and felt like I had sweated for 30 minutes!

I didn't know what to call this on my fitness tracker so I put it in as kickboxing/Turbo Jam although that may be an over estimation. I have no way of knowing. Anyway, if you want a good workout, give it a try.

This will keep me motivated.
