Today my goal was to run/walk 2 miles.
I couldn't go outside today and was skeptical about getting on the treadmill. I didn't really know what speed to set and wasn't really sure how long my run/walk intervals were, because I measure by the street dividers. The anxiety of it all almost stopped me from walking.
Then I figured I would concentrate on the times and just adjust the speed as necessary. So I did my warm up walk for 5 mins at 3.5, then run/walk 1 min each 10 times at 4.0 run/3.0 - 3.3 walk = 20 mins, and walked the last 5 mins at 3.5.
