I'm rather confused.

How is it, I wonder that according to the scales I have lost no weight yet I managed to get into a pair of jeans this morning that I haven't been able to wear for nearly two years???
I supposed it could be that I have upped my exercise andf therefore my body is toning up, which is a good thing but I want to see results in terms of weight too.
Confused.
