I had a rough day today, just feeling out of it and frustrated about the sore muscles I have from the 90 minuet cardio and weight workout I had yesterday. I know sore muscles are a part of this game but I can barely move and it’s irritating. It’s just as well because I was too tired to do much anyway. I guess we all have blah days and I had one today, hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow. I do plan to go back to the gym, so I guess I not totally pissed.
