So I started seeing my personal trainer again, well its a different one, but still. I have been to the gym 3 days already and i have an appt tomorrow! I'm still eating pretty well, altho I am allowing myself a bit of junk when I REALLY want it. This has been helping cause then its not all I think about. I have about one 'treat' a week.

    keep up the good work. All you need is a little consistency with the working out and keep an tracking your calories. as long as you stay in your calorie range i believe you can eat anything that you want to. emoticon
