Still maintaining weight, but....

I'm doing great maintaining my weight, but I am not exercising like I should be. I do cardio maybe 2 days a week, which is pathetic after doing 5-6 days before. And I very rarely do my strength training, I can already tell that my muscles are getting weak.
So. Starting today, I am back to strength training. I am starting out 2 days a week, but I'm doing a LOT those 2 days, and doing all 3 zones each day as well. I can do strength training while my son is around, but he hates for me to do cardio, so I'm back to doing that when he is napping, which is rare these days.
Need to get my butt in gear.
