Still maintaining weight, but....

I'm doing great maintaining my weight, but I am not exercising like I should be. I do cardio maybe 2 days a week, which is pathetic after doing 5-6 days before. And I very rarely do my strength training, I can already tell that my muscles are getting weak.

So. Starting today, I am back to strength training. I am starting out 2 days a week, but I'm doing a LOT those 2 days, and doing all 3 zones each day as well. I can do strength training while my son is around, but he hates for me to do cardio, so I'm back to doing that when he is napping, which is rare these days.

Need to get my butt in gear.

    I had a baby seat on my bike and took my oldest son riding so I got a lot of cardio done that way.

    aww too bad. All my kids loved the stroller. I guess that was luck on my part huh. Good luck with the getting up early. I suck at that :D

    Max won't sit in the stroller, and putting the monkey backpack/leash on him is a disaster for a walk. I think I'm going to have to get up early to get my cardio done.

    What about going for a walk? The girls love going for a walk with me, it's something we can do together.
