1. It's hard to get up and work out
2. I like getting up early and working
3. That stretching is key!
4. That I'm not eating enough calories throughout the day :(
5. I'm afraid to eat in public

    about your #5 i have the problem to.... and i don't know why. i feel like people are looking at me thinking you know your want to eat a fating lunch when i sit outside and try to enjoy my salad, just because of my size.
