My Best Time Ever!

The Goal:
Run/Walk 1 mile

The Process:
I haven't been sleeping through the night for the past couple of weeks, so when I get up in the morning I am just as tired as I was going to bed emoticon. I would like to do 2 miles every morning, but some mornings I just can't get up early enough, like today.

I started my warm-up walk for about 5 minutes. The emoticon was rising and the emoticon were running up the trees. It was a little warm this morning at 77 degrees.

I started my 1st run and my legs didn't want to move. I wondered if I was going to make it the whole mile. The 2nd run was a little better.

I didn't look at my emoticon along the way, because the distance was the goal this morning.

The Result:
I finished my mile in 15. 42 minutes! That is a lifetime record! I'm so excited, I could run/walk another mile.
