I went over board with the food today

I have just a hand full of M&Ms and a package of Reeses pb cup.
I pigged out on a chicken casear sandwich it had alot cheese
I'm going to have to do some cardio...tomorrow.
and really watch my food intake.
cheese, dressing, chocolates...have no mercy on you.
I can live with out them...
I went over 2000 calories!!!
Judy talkes about still losing weight...she aint..she is lying. Because I don't see any results...
she is getting fatter...she bragged about losing five pounds while she sat in front of me eating french fries, and a bacon, cheese burger.
LIES..LIES....LIES
I don't wont to be that way, when I over eat...I'm going to admit it!!! I get bored and I over indulge.
I get lazy and don't won't to take a lunch to work.
Damn..damn, damn....I need to think more clearer next time...and oh the consequences...I can gain back the weight I already had lost....
I'll be more carefull next time
