6/10/09 Wii Fit Week 2

Alrighty! I've had this thing for 2 weeks now... and I couldn't wait so I went and got the EA Sports Active game. I've done 2 workouts on it and have my 3rd one today. While I wasn't thrilled at doing a million lunges, I will say, this game is EFFECTIVE!!! Not that Wii Fit isn't with the Yoga and Strength training, but this puppy is definitely making me sweat. Freakin' Sweet!
Currently I'm doing the prescribed 30-day workout on EA, and then 15-30 min of some Wii Fit activity. I've also been throwing in 40-60 min of rollerblading (which is definitely a challenge since I haven't rollerbladed for at least a couple of years...) as well as going for walks. I think I'm targeted for burning 2000-2500 calories a week.
I feel good. I haven't felt any crippling soreness... just tightness (especially after ALL those lunges). But, I will say this dudes, I CANNOT stay within my caloric intake levels. I am CRAZY hungry!! Any suggestions??
