I cannot believe I haven't posted a blog in over a year. Maybe it is because I haven't been getting my regular workouts, and therefore haven't been making use of the spark site as much. I finally believe my achilles tendonitis may be on the mend. It has been 4 days with only minor pain at points throughout the day. I almost cannot believe it. It is strange to not have pain in my foot and be prepared to cringe in agony with each step I take. I haven't been to the gym in 9 months because of it. The past couple weeks I have been slowly beginning to use my recumbant cycle at home. Depending on how the rest of the week goes, I may just venture to the gym this weekend, and put the foot to the real test. I certainly need to get back. I just am not motivated enough to do enough on my own, even with the foot limitation. There certainly are other things I could do as opposed to walking, running, and using the ellipticals to get fit. Maybe I just don't want it bad enough. Well, I do want it - my problem I think is I am just too lazy to go about it. I would rather be reading a good book - but even that I can do while working out. So it is NO excuse. Have a good day all!
