I did it!

The goal: Run/walk 1 mile - walk 1 mile
The result: I warmed up for 5 minutes and then was able to run/walk the rest of the mile without passing out!
The 2nd mile I walked my shih tzu and we still finished the mile with all his pee, poop, and sniff breaks in 18 min.
I almost didn't go this evening, but I only walked 1 mile yesterday and I am determined to walk everyday! (the goal is 30 mins a day/ everyday).
