Started training for my 1/2 Marathon in the fall

I have been running... I did 5 km on sunday. MizzD and C were there, and the group run was fantastic! I felt so good and accomplished, and since we finished it early, I felt like I had a handle on the day.

I am looking forward to doing it again!

I have also had a handle on my nutrition. I feel like I am shrinking a little in size, nothing huge, but I just feel good... Not sure about the weight, but I guess we shall see about that later on the official once a week weight-in.
