Since last year I have ran two 5k's. I like the shorter distance. I'm trying to run on the treadmill consistently. What I'm really trying to do, is to get to a point where I like running. I'm not there yet. I just do it.
I trying to track my food M-F. It's suprising sometimes the calorie content of some things. I'm working on portion control. emoticon
