So..... I've lost thus far 100 lbs. give or take a few.(take) And I've had an 8 month break since doing so and maintained my weight. Now Im ready to finish the job : loose about 40 more lbs, gain some more muscle..yes i said more lol, build up my endurance and go to the Iron man competition! I cant believe I said that out loud. I kind of joke about it around the house but I think I really want to do it. Granted I dont have all he right equipment to train for it or even take with me (like the bike) . And I havent even used an exercise bike during this whole process, still I feel strong. I think I can do it. Thus Im starting my p 90 x workout series tomorrow and for those of you who havent heard of it, Look It Up! Its very intense, Im hoping it will put me to my goal by the end of summer. The Iron Man thing is just a dream....The goal is to be finished by the end of summer.

Saying it is believing it! It doesn't matter that you don't have the right equipment. You have the right attitude! You can build your empire of equipment! Lets GO!

AWESOME goal, gal! I'd definitely start looking into all the training routines out there. P90X will definitely give you great muscles (I've seen some *really* impressive results on friends who've done it!), but you still need to train for the biking, the swimming and the running you'll be doing during the IronMan - it's a FABULOUS challenge, so PROUD of you for deciding you want to *do* this!
