Run/Walk

The goal: Walk the 1st mile and run/walk the 2nd mile at 2/1.

Te result: I walked the 1st mile with Taz. The 2nd mile started off slow and I was a little tired. I was only able to run once at 2 min and once at 1 min.

Next goal: Will try again today with run/walk mile 1st and walk mile 2nd.
