June’s FIRST weigh-in …..

Today is my first weigh in for the month of June was @ 262, three pounds down from May’s last weigh-in @ 265. I have started the month off with good weight loss but I am sad to say that my exercising has not been going as good as I would like along with my water intake. I am unsure how I manage to get to 262 with such a lack of effort besides watching what I eat, which has kind of become natural to me. So now that I think I have the eating part under control, I need to get the rest of my needed actions into play. This week I will be focusing more on water intake and exercise along with the continuous eating healthy. Wish me luck with more weight loss along with exercise and water intake.
