No loss this week

I did not lose any weight this week but it was not surprising I ate way to much this week and did not move enough so you get what you put into it is the lesson learned and I put little to nothing into it this week and that is what I got ! Today starts a new week with a new focus on doing my best and not failing myself because that is who I'm failing when I get off course. I hate it that I have to learn the same lessons over and over in life when it comes to weight loss, I seem to learn all the others lessons in life with just a few set backs but weight and me have been at this for 25 years ! I want to win this time damn it ! Have a good week everyone .

    I can relate....How many times do I have to do the same thing over and over before I learn the lesson....???
    But we are learning...I liked your comment about we get out of it what we put into it....I think that is so true..
