Sabotage or Carbs

I was told "maybe you self sabotage" today. I was thinking I have to avoid carbs!!!
Either way I had a huge loss 2 weeks ago. It got me 3 lbs below 160. Happy dance going on for days so very proud of myself, finally!!
BAM 2weeks in a row I gain and back over 160 I go!!! So I may very well have an aversion to getting below 160. Do I need to stay in some sort of comfort zone. I am not comfortable here. I do not know why I would want to stay here. Do I really self sabotage?
Is carbs the reason and cause? It seems every time I get below 160 I eat certain things. Rice, Pasta, Bread, Corn, Lima Beans, hmmmm all carbs. Do I have some sort of carb issue. I am thinking so!! The food general shows that to be true.
Ok so I am going to keep carbs to no more than 2 servings a week. I really can not cut them out. I just love them way to much to say never.
Ok most importantly positive self talk. Look at what I have accomplished. Look how far I have come not how far is left to go. There is no itinerary for this journey. The journey is the destination!!
