Since I am now a lady of leisure (thank you summer vacations!), I decided I need to come up with new summer goals. So far, here's my list:
1)Lose at least 2 lbs per week.
2)400 weekly cardio minutes.
3)4,000 weekly cardio calories.
4)Strength train at least 3 times a week.
5)Yoga at least 3 times a week.
At this point, all of these things are things already in my routine, just a little longer or a little harder. I think by keeping my focus this summer on this(and ya know, not snacking in front of the computer for 6 hours a day) I will see even more progress!
