TIME TO GET ON THE BALL

Friday, June 05, 2009

Well I've had my first time off, only another 2 days of work, then part time in August. I've spent hours reading and also walking. Not much of anything else. I still hurt, not as bad but slow going, and I'm impatient. I've done some of the QuickFire challenges, and a little weight lifting. I realize that I'm a person that has to follow a schedule. I'm going to print out a calendar, write in what I have to do health wise and do it. I schedule my work that way so maybe this will work with my "free time". I hate to see it wasted, tho wasting time isn't wasted time, so they say. I'm worried that the days will slip by and I haven't accomplished what I want to do. I'm going to work on this over the weekend. Tomorrow morning we're going to Dubois Park on Jupiter Inlet and get salt water from the incoming tide for Peter's fish tank. That's our Saturday morning project. Sounds easy but its a 180 gallon tank, alot of water to haul. Not all at once of course but over the next 3-4 days. In between I'll work on my schedule, walk the dog for 3 miles a day, monitor my food, and do some weight lifting. When I get busy I get better, or so they say. emoticon

    Hi,
I'm the same as you, I schedule things, I find I get things done. I like the Quickfire challenges, they keep you going & you have a good atttitude about your workouts & it's good to keep track of things on paper.
    Good luck
