My accomplishments this past year

Here is what I have accomplished over this last year on Sparkpeople. I've been pretty active, starting in May 2008. I gradually built up, reaching a peak in October 2008. Since then, the amount of exercise I get has been tapering off. On the good side, the exercise I get is more vigorous. I run 3 days a week, and will be running my first 5K on June 20, following by an 8K about a month later. I also bike almost every weekend. The best I have done is about 42 miles in one day. I am hoping that this summer, I can get back up to where I was last summer, because my weight hasn't been coming off as fast as I would like. On the other hand, I am very pleased that I can walk faster, and bike and run farther than I could even a few months ago. I know I am getting stronger. Now I just need to start losing weight again.
