No chips today!

I made it to water wellness again, so I made my commitment of taking water areobics three times a week. Still need to do the strenthening exercises and cycle for at least 30 minutes but I have time to do it. I may do the strentening exercises tomorrow since I was in the pool today.
No chips today! emoticon

    I haven't had chips in months. One chip and I'm a gonner, even the "healthy" ones at my local co-op. I was buying groceries there today and boy did I have a craving for chips! I've learned where to draw the line. Don't even have one.

    Oh my, chips are my downfall as well! I love all of the flavors. They are all soooooo good! I try not to buy them anymore because if I open a bag, I have to eat the BAG. All of them! Ahhhhhh!!
