I woke up feeling really cruddy this morning, but my meds have kicked in and I plan to hop on the dreadmill at some point.

I'm really excited about how well I did this week - staying at the low end of my calorie range & getting lots of exercise. I only lost .6 lbs, but I don't even care - I feel so much better inside & out.

I started SparkPeople last summer, but didn't stay with it - I started back up in April this year. This time around, I'm sticking with SparkPeople - losing weight and getting involved with my teams. The extra inspiration and motivation I've gotten from my teams has helped me stay in the game.

If you haven't already, try introducing yourself to your teams & getting involved - you'll meet some really nice people and maybe learn a thing or two. I know I have.
