I have been so diligent in my workouts....today biking and then swimming laps. Since I haven't lost any weight I am adjusting my food intake. I'm decreasing my carbs and increasing my protein........hopefully that will do the trick. I really want to be down to 120 by September when I go on my FIRST CRUISE----WOOHOO!!! I have a goal, I have a plan and I just need to keep from being discouraged.
