4 Pounds Gone

Thursday, June 04, 2009

So today I finally gained the courage to weigh myself since I hadn't done so in a long time and haven't been working out as much. Some how some way I managed to lose 4 whole pounds in a week. That's amazing to me! I don't know how I did it but I did. it feels good but I'm still not feeling well. I worked out yesterday and still got dizzy and light headed and broke out into a cold sweat. I even felt like I was about to throw up but I managed.
