First week of my new program... Comments

Well, one week down... And I gained weight. 2 lbs.
I am not upset, because I know I started right before my 10 year wedding anniversary weekend, and really, there was a lot of food and I did not make an effort to track it. We went out to restaurants a few times, and I did not exercise a lot of restrain.
But there are a lot of things I learned this week about my eating habits:
- I need more water
- Less carbs
- More proteins
I also need to rekindle my love with exercise. But, I will be training for the Good Life 1/2 Marathon on October 18th. MizzD and I will be running it.
I am excited about this week coming up, because I feel that I can have a better handle on nutrition as I am monitoring my habits and can fine tune them.
I hope to be able to post more positive outcomes in the future.
