Struggling to work out, even though I lost weight last week. Weight loss is usually a motivator, but...it is raining out, and I have tons of studying to do for my upcoming NCLEX test on the 10th. On the other hand, my eating is getting better. I am still hungry everyday, but the hunger pangs are starting to fade. Starting to lose my intense need to snack constantly. I am drinking tons of coffee, tea and water to help with the hunger. Will need to wean back the caffeine soon, but one demon at a time. Now, back to studying, and hopefully working out tonight to a video. :)
