A productive day

Revised my 401k today.
did cardio and worked my arms; bis, tris, brachiradialis. I really need to start stregnthening my lower arm extensors.
but anyway, I'm not putting in enough calories.
Maybe that's good because if my body goes into starvation mode it can go to my fat storage and have a
fat endulging party. Bon apetite!!

Triceps ext: 20,25,30,35 then 40 @twelve reps.
biceps curls: 15,20,25,30
brachiradialis: 10,15,20,25
Cardio, HIIT @ 20 minutes= 1.25 miles
