So I was finally able to go for a walk today! The past few days I haven't been able to go out because it's been way too cold and windy and since I have no jacket or sweatshirt I was cold and I mean cold to the point I was shaking and being a bit under the weather it wasn't a good idea to go walking. It finally wamed up a bit today so I took a 20 minute walk. I went to the gym last night and I tried to take it slow and easy. I did circuit training for 25 minutes and I was so tired at the end of it. I got dizzy half way through and felt like I was about to throw up and pass out. I turned pale and broke out into a cold sweat. I pushed myself to complete the circuit training and I know I should've stopped but I hadn't worked out since Thursday,

    Please take the advice of the others and hold off on exercising for a while longer. Sounds like your system is not up to it yet

    It's not good to push yourself when your not feeling good. Take care of yourself that's what important.
