40 Day Walk - Sunday, May 24

I have begun my 40 day walk journey. I ended my 40 day journey eliminating beef, pork, chicken and sugar. I did well but haven't weighed yet. My clothes fit better and will post before and after pictures soon.

On May 24 I started walking 1 mile a day. I did miss one day but just as I did with food I am not going to be so legalistic that I get mad, depressed or disappointed because I miss a day.

When I walk I listen to uplifting music and don't even realize I have walked a mile. Even on days when I don't feel like walking I think to myself I will just walk one block and back but once I begin I just don't want to stop. I think the hardest part is just getting out the door!
