i haven't been to the gym since thursday. i am definitely going today. i haven't been feeling well the past few days and i've veen feeling dizzy and light headed. i almost passed out in the shower yesterday and so working out in a gym wasn't in my best interest.

    make sure you are eating enough and maybe also check your blood pressure.
    A session in the gym, even if a light one, would definerely do you well.
    Let the adrenaline kick in and you will feel great.

    If you start felling dizzy when you are exercising today it would be best to stop right away. Dont take any chances. There is always tomorrow Good luck
