New Month…New Challenges!!!

The month of May has come to an end with me at 265 pounds. My final challenge in May was to clean my closet out from all of the clothes that where to big so that I would have no reason to gain any weight back. I am proud to say all of those 24’s and most of the 22’s with maybe 2 or 3 exceptions are out, leaving me with 2 or 3 22’s, mostly 20’s, some 18’s and one size 16 motivation piece (which has been in there for over a year). This was a great accomplishment for me and a demonstration of my current success and more to come in the future.
The month of June will be filled with more challenges and obstacles for me to face, which I am in the process of mentally preparing myself for. I will continue to eat healthy and exercise daily and remind myself that I am still crawling and working my way to running so it will not be a perfect month but it will make a big difference in my long term life goal changes.
(1). Remain positive and motivated
(2). Consume 8-8oz. of water daily
(3). Increase my daily fruit and vegetable intake
(4). Exercise and Tone daily
Start doing what's necessary, then do what's possible, and suddenly you'll be doing the impossible!
