Start date - June 1st!!

I have been very lax the past few years and have seen 20+ pounds come back of the almost 50 I had lost. So I have picked a day to recommit myself. I picked June 1st since it fell on a Monday and don't we always start diets on Mondays? So how perfect! June 1st is also the last session I have with my trainer. After two years of going and putting back on the weight (no fault of the trainer) and the budget issues, I have ended my trainer sessions. I still belong to the gym though and need to focus and committing myself to going there 5 days a week like I used to. So.....start date - June 1st!!!!
