30ds- Level 1... 8 days down and it feels good...

1. My "core" feels tighter (slightly less jiggle).
2. I'm able to get through all of the push-ups (modified of course).
3. I've switched over to 5 # weights for some of the strength exercises.
4. I've been using the 3 # when doing the punching thing occasionally.
5. My squats are deeper.
6. I no longer have difficulty taking my sports-bras off after a work-out.
7. I can make it the whole way through without missing a step etc... with relatively good form.
I still sweat, groan, breath and bitch at Jillian the whole time. I may switch over to Level 2 at 10 days....
wow ... i can do this!
