One small goal reached

Since my last post I have gone down in weight to 160, waist is 35, hips are 39 and neck is 13.5. It took a lot of working out and rearranging my food but now I'm feeling better and eating healthier and not being hungry. One small step I did was added ΒΌ cup of Fiber Once cereal to my low fat yogurt. This helps to keep me full until lunch! The rest of the time I eat fresh fruits and veggies and try to keep everything low cal and low fat.
